My aunt asked to borrow $20 for gas the other day and I gave it to her, though I could ill afford it and all I asked was that she take me to the utility company so I can pay my electric bill. She promised to take me there yesterday and she took off without me, claiming she forgot and that she would take me today and then she just pulled out again without me, even though I reminded her only an hour ago. I'm sick of this. The utility company isn't open on weekends so if I don't get it paid today, then my payment will be late.

Technically early this morning at around 2 AM-2:30 AM. I was woken up by police and ambulance lights flashing and I only found out a little while ago what happened. Apparently she thought he was possessed by a demon and she slit his throat and stabbed him in the chest several times and then tried to kill herself. She's currently in the hospital. The kid was only THREE years old and while he could be a bit bratty, he didn't deserve to die! I'm in shock. They lived in the apartment RIGHT NEXT to mine. I didn't hear a thing either.

That's why I never showed lots of trust towards any of my relatives, except for those who have *proven* themselves to me first. You should do the same and avoid being generous to those who didn't pay you back the first time you helped them.
